This class was a wonderful adventure into both Sri Lankan traditional cooking techniques and recipes, but also some great insights of both the history of Sri Lankan cooking and life in Sri Lanka from the wonderful teacher and host Delreen.
The atmosphere is great, with detailed explanations of spices used and where to obtain them, as well as some tips and tricks on how to cook the perfect three course Sri Lankan dinner; with the added bonus of being treated to some fresh herbs and spices from Delreen’s and her husband’s garden.
I will definitely be impressing my friends with my newly founds skills and also attending future cooking classes!”
