Q: I am vegetarian can I still come on the tour?
A: Yes all our tours can cater to vegetarians and most other dietary requirements, please inform us of your dietary requirements at the time of booking.
Q: I have dietary requirements; can I still come on the tour?
A: Yes we do our best to accommodate all requests and will inform the restaurants on booking, however it is your responsibility to check with the staff what dishes are suitable for your dietary requirements.
Q: How long is the walk?
A: The tours walk in and out of restaurants and most walks are no more than 10 minutes at a stretch. They are easy walks and suitable for most people.
Q: Do you run tours or classes on days other than the listed dates?
A: We will be happy to run a private tour for a group of 6 or more people at a time suitable to you. If you are less than six please ask us for a quote for your requested date.
Q: Can i bring my baby?
Babies are welcome on the tour. If you have a baby in a pram please let us know at the time of booking so that we can try and accommodate the extra space at the venues.
Q: I need to change my booking.
We understand that things happen and sometimes plans need to be altered, however if you are making changes within 7 days of your booking there will be a change fee involved depending on when you contact us.
Q: I missed my tour, can i have my money back?
Our tours and classes are planned and paid for in advance. As such if you do not make it for your booked class or tour, we are unable to refund you the ticket cost.
Q: How long can i use the gift vouchers?
A: All our gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used on any tour or cooking class.
